No deposit is required to secure a date for a family portrait.
A VISA or Master Card number is needed to secure the date.
Nothing will be billed to the card prior to the day of the shoot.
Session fee is payable in cash or check immediately after the shoot,
or the fee can be charged to your credit card.

If you cancel within two weeks (fourteen days) of the day of the shoot,
the credit card will be billed for your sitting fee.

If you cancel within two weeks (fourteen days) of the day of the shoot,
and Shelley Chamberlin Photography is able to fill your time slot with a paying shoot,
nothing will be billed to your credit card.

If you cancel more than two weeks (fourteen days) prior to the shoot,
nothing will be billed to your card.
