CALL THE STUDIO ONE WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING TO CONFIRM ALL ARRANGEMENTS.

1. It is understood that this studio is the exclusive official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested on this contract.
2. No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
3. The studio reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes.  Negatives and Digital Images remain the exclusive property of this studiounless otherwise noted on this contract.
4. In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the wedding/contract, including inclement weather, hurricanes and other natural disasters, the deposits paid are not refundable.
5. The studio takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, developing, and delivery of photographs.  However, in the event the studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act outside the control of the studio, the studio’s liability is limited to refund of deposits.  If client cancels for any reason other than weather related disasters there will be no money refunded.
6. NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these images elsewhere without the Photographer’s permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
7. Final album selections must be made within 1 year of wedding date. After 1 year additional fees may be incurred to cover higher costs on albums and prints.
